Held at Brittingham Bay on Lake Monona, the Clean Lakes Barefoot Challenge is part of the inaugural Figure-8 Barefoot Series. Similar to a NASCAR race series, each participant is awarded points based on their finish at each event to determine an overall winner at the end of the year. The series is expected to draw some of the biggest names in the world of barefooting, such as David Small and world champion Keith St. Onge.

Registration begins at 9am. The challenge starts at 10 am. Register here!

4805 Voges Road
Madison WI 53718
(608) 838-0838

Contact at Redline is Eric Fuhrmann.

Checks payable to: Redline.  Credit Cards are also accepted.

$45 for Figure 8 / $10 for Endurance Challenge: $55 for both events

Registration will be limited to the first 45 PAID entries. We expect everyone entering to compete in both the Figure 8 and the race, and preference will be given to those entering both. A waiting list may be available for the Sunday Endurance race if any Figure 8 participants are not present at race time.

The Figure-8 is being held in Monona Bay, and much effort was made to convince the local neighborhood association that it would be a low impact event. Brittingham Park is alcohol free.

We ask that you make every effort to be courteous to spectators or other boaters that may be in the area. We want to make this an annual event and appreciate your effort to make this event a success.
