There's an article in the September issue of The Water Skier magazine. I receive this magazine since I joined USA Water ski and became a certified boat driver. It's a decent magazine that features some nice articles covering various types of water skiing events. Toward the back of this months issue is an interview with World Champion Keith St. Onge about barefooting on both rough water and glass clam water. I scanned the document and converted it to PDF.
