I voted for the Malibu Response LX only because I can't compare to others as I have never skied behind anything else. I have heard that the Sanger outboard and Flightcrafts are two of the best overall barefoot boats from those that have skied behind them. I've also heard the Sanger DXII is a great footing boat too.
